These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mojeza.com and any purchase you make from Mojeza ("Mojeza", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About the store
Mojeza is an online store hosted on Shopify. Some products are stocked by Mojeza, and others are shipped directly by our suppliers. Mojeza.com currently serves customers in the United States.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products, prices and availability accurately. Colors and details may appear slightly differently on different screens. We may correct errors, update information, or limit quantities at any time. Product condition, brand and warranty information, where applicable, is stated on the product page.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order or contact you before shipping to confirm the correct price. An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
