Warranty Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Mojeza sells a range of products, including electronics, gadgets, watches and accessories. This policy explains how warranty coverage works for products bought on mojeza.com.

Warranty coverage varies

Not every product comes with a warranty. Where a warranty applies, its terms can vary depending on:

  • the product;
  • the manufacturer;
  • the seller or supplier;
  • the product's condition (for example, new, open-box or refurbished); and
  • the region in which the warranty is valid.

Please check the individual product page for any warranty information that applies. If a product page doesn't mention a warranty, please don't assume one is included. Contact us before ordering if you have questions.

Types of coverage

  • Manufacturer warranty: some products include a warranty provided directly by the manufacturer. Claims are handled by the manufacturer under its own terms, and you may need your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
  • Supplier or seller warranty: some products include coverage provided by the supplier. The terms will be shown on the product page.
  • No stated warranty: products without stated warranty coverage are still covered by our Refund Policy if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

What warranties usually don't cover

Warranties generally don't cover damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that doesn't affect how the product works. The specific exclusions for your product are set by whoever provides the warranty.

Items that arrive damaged or don't work

If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We'll help you arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

How to request warranty help

  1. Check the product page and any paperwork included with your item for warranty details.
  2. Contact us, choosing "Technical support" or "Product question", and include your order number, the product name, a description of the issue, and photos or a video if possible.
  3. We'll let you know whether the claim should go to the manufacturer, the supplier or to Mojeza, and help you with the next steps.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
