Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products sold on Mojeza are new. If we offer an item that is open-box, refurbished or pre-owned, we'll label its condition clearly on the product page so you know exactly what you're buying.

Clear branding

Where a product is made by a recognised brand, we identify the brand on the product page. Where a product is unbranded or made by a smaller manufacturer, we say so and don't imply otherwise. Mojeza does not claim to be an authorised dealer for any brand unless this is stated on the product page.

Responsible sourcing

We work with suppliers we have reviewed, and we check product quality and customer feedback on an ongoing basis. Some products ship directly from our suppliers. When that affects delivery times, we show it on the product page.
