Secure checkout

Checkout on mojeza.com is powered by Shopify, and payment information is encrypted in transit. Mojeza does not see or store your full card number.

Currency and pricing

Prices on mojeza.com are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Taxes and shipping costs

Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for shipping rates.

When you're charged

Your payment is authorized when you place your order. For pre-order items, the full amount is charged at the time of order unless the product page states otherwise.

Payment declined?

If your payment is declined, check that your billing address matches the address on file with your card provider, or try a different payment method. Your bank may also block unfamiliar online purchases, so contacting them can help.

Order verification

To protect customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before they're processed. If we need more information, we'll contact you by email. If an order can't be verified, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
